Kei is Canadian born (Toronto) & American raised. Initially living in Los Angeles, then relocating to Chicago, before moving back to Los Angeles in 2019, where he currently resides.

This 2021, 4 time, Young Artists Academy Nominee: {TV Series, Recurring Young Actor-Just Roll With It, Streaming Film Artist, Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made, Writer, Covid Chronicles: Life on the Inside, Director, Covid Chronicles: Life on the Inside}, is now officially the WINNER of, TV Series Recurring Young Actor! He can be seen in that recurring role as Kyle, on the hit Disney Channel show, Just Roll With It. & the hits just keep on coming. The Young Entertainer Awards also nominated him in the following three categories: Best Supporting Young Actor-Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made, Best Recurring Young Actor-Just Roll With It and Best Young Director-Covid Chronicles: Life on the Inside. & the winner is…Kei-Best Recurring Young Actor in a TV Series!

As of March 2022, Kei will begin filming a movie about former Heavyweight Chamipion, George Foreman called Heart of a Lion. George Tillman of Soul Food fame will direct. In it, Kei will be playing a young version of the Champ.

Kei’s foray into the world of Sitcoms began w/a Co-Star role on the ABC hit show entitled, Fresh Off The Boat, in which Kei played Bazooka Phil in the Hal-Lou-Ween episode. Early in 2018 he expressd a desire to do a movie. Low & behold the universe heard him and they started principal photography that summer. Having spoken the role of Rollo Tookus into existence, he can now be seen portraying him in the Disney film, Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made, based on the Timmy Failure book franchise and streaming on Disney+.

Starting his career in the theatre, the holiday season of 2017 marked Kei’s professional stage debut in Chicago as Turkey Boy, K. Cratchit & Old Joe’s Assistant, in The Goodman Theatre’s 40th Anniversary production of, A Christmas Carol.

He then crossed the boards in the World Premier of Last Stop on Market Street at Chicago Children’s Theatre. Getting to work w/Lamont Dozier of Motown songwriting fame & his son Paris, was indeed an honor & helped Kei infuse rap, song & dance into the lead character of CJ. He dedicated the show to his parents Michael & Denise & grandparents: Grandma Elsie, Grandma Cynthia, Papa George & Papa Winston!

He has also been fortunate to add to his television work doing commercials for Sprint, Rainsoft, T. Rowe Price, Kids React & a P.S.A. for the Chicago Soda Tax campaign.

In the booth, Kei has done Voice Over gigs for Walmart, Gold Bond, Comcast and a political ad for Who Says.

With his love of music firmly in tact, Kei singing w/the Chicago Children’s Choir {Ogden Int’l chapter}, proved to be a highlight of his years spent in Chitown. In his spare time Kei loves to tinkle the keys on the piano, swim, play water polo and also finds time for Karate in which he has attained the level of green belt.

Of course we would be remiss by not mentioning Kei’s love of gaming. KeiBoogie spends a LOT of time on his computer playing Minecraft, Rocket League, etc. As he and his friends compete and stream on his YouTube and Kick channel.

During covid, Kei missed a whole summer of fun for the first time in his life due to the lockdown, Kei decided to put the skills he’s learning in his Cinema Arts program at school to good use. He wrote, directed and starred in his own web series entitled, Covid Chronicles: Life on the Inside, which can be viewed on his IG page via IGTV.

In 2023, Kei added another notable credit to his growing filmography, playing Young George in the biopic Big George Foreman, currently streaming on Netflix. This role allowed Kei to portray the early years of the legendary boxer George Foreman, further showcasing his versatility.
